多孔ZnS纳米片的制备及其作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能研究

以ZnCl2、硫脲(CS(NH2)2)和乙二胺为原料,采用溶剂热法合成ZnS(en)0.5片状前驱物,通过350℃退火处理得到纤锌矿结构的多孔ZnS纳米片;采用XRD、SEM和FT-IR测试样品的结构和形貌;使用油酸对其进行表面修饰,采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察其作为500SN基础润滑油添加剂的摩擦学行为。研究结果表明:多孔ZnS纳米片作为添加剂能够明显改善500SN基础油的减摩抗磨性能,降低摩擦因数和磨斑直径;摩擦因数和磨斑直径均随多孔ZnS纳米片的添加量的增加先降低后升高,多孔ZnS纳米片的最佳添加量为0.125%(质量分数)。 Porous ZnS nanosheets with wurtzite structure were produced by the thermal treatment of ZnS (en) 0. 5 ( eu = ethylenediamine) complex precursor, which were combined through solvothermal method with the materials of ZnC12, CS(NH2) 2, and ethylenediamine, to 350 ℃ in air. The crystal structure and morphology were studied via XRD ,SEM and FT-IR. The tribological behaviour of porous ZnS nanosheets, which were capped by oleic acid ( OA), as the additive of 500SN base oil was investigated by using a four-ball wear tester. The results show that porous ZnS nanosheets could remarkably improve the lubricating properties, reduce friction coefficient and wear scar diameter. With the increasing of additive, friction coefficient and wear scar diameter increase first, and reduce later. The lubrication oil containing 0. 125 % porous ZnS nanosheets shows the best lubricating property.
