利用CAD软件对某型车载机柜建立了有限元模型；在分析其结构特点和材料力学性能的基础上，基于ANSYS软件，对车载机柜进行了模态、正弦波和后峰锯齿波冲击特性分析，校核其静、动态特性是否满足要求，并提出合理的改进意见。 Through CAD software, the finite element model of an onboard cabinet is established; after analyzing the structure characteristics of the cabinet and the mechanical capability of the material, and using the ANSYS software, the modal analysis and transient response analysis of half-sin-shock and behind-apex-sawtooth-shock are carrie out. The results are analyzed to see whether the requirement of the strength of this cabinet can be met or not, and further improvements are suggested.
