摘要
机械制造装备设计课程设计是机械制造装备设计课程教学的-个不可或缺的辅助环节。它是学生综合运用本课程及其先修课程的理论和实践知识进行加工工艺及夹具结构设计的-次重要实践。它对于培养学生编制机械加工工艺规程和机床夹具设计的能力,为以后搞好毕业设计和到工厂从事工艺与夹具设计具有十分重要的意义。
课程设计主要资料参考了《机械制造技术基次程设计》,完成了曲柄夹具的设计,其中包括了零件的设计和专用夹具的设计。整个设计过程均采用CATIA实体造型,并通过软件自带的功能完成了零件工程图和装配工程图。并对夹具的运动过程进行了DMU运动的仿真设计,生成了动画。
整个设计过程加深了对机械设计的认识,对课内外均有很大的帮助。
Summary
