基于模块化设计技术,提出了一种完全由直线电机驱动的新型四轴混联数控机床,并介绍了其基本结构型式。以该机床并联主轴模块为研究对象,建立了主轴机构运动学方程,并给出了机构的雅克比矩阵。同时,基于遗传算法,以机构的灵巧度为目标对机床主轴进行了优化。经仿真验证表明:机床并联主轴在整个工作空间内操作性能得到了较优的改善。

A novel 4-axis hybrid CNC ma- chine tool driven completely by linear motors is proposed based on the modular design technology, and then its ba- sic structure is described in this paper. To parallel spindle mechanism as a research object, the kinematics equation of parallel spindle mechanism is established, and the Jacobian matrix is presented. Meanwhile, considering the dexterity of parallel spindle mechanism as the target, an optimization design is carried out based on genetic algorithm. The simu- lation results indicate that operating property of spindle mechanism could be improved better in entire work space.
