纸制金融产品拍打整理机构及其检测装置设计

为解决纸制金融产品在裁切过程中发生所裁切的长条产品端面不整齐的问题，设计了长条产品拍打整理机构，对该机构主要组成和工作原理进行了阐述，并结合生产实际对拍打整理机构工作过程进行了分析；设计出长条产品整齐度检测装置，分析了整齐度检测原理和检测过程。实际生产过程表明：拍打整理机构能够满足后续工序对长条产品整齐度的要求。

To improve the uniformity of paper financial product in cutting process, loosening and straightening mechanism is designed, the mechanism composition and working principle are described. Test device of strip product uniformity is designed, product uniformity principle and working process is analyzed. The actual production process shows thai loosening and straightening mechanism can meet the requirement of subsequent working process.
