采用直接法对滑枕位移公式进行微分,求出滑枕的速度及加速度公式。在运动分析的基础上,对系统进行受力分析,求解主动曲柄上需安装飞轮的转动惯量。结果表明,出现飞轮转动惯量最小值与滑枕获得合理传力性能的滑枕高度位置并不一致,且有几个系统参数对飞轮转动惯量有很大影响。

The displacement formula of ram is differentiated directly, and the velocity and acceleration formulas are obtained. The i'esults of kinematiCs' analysis can be adopted to solve the rotational inertia of fly wheel mounted on the driving crank. The positions of ram presenting the minimal rotational inertia of fly wheel are different from the positions achieving the best load- Iransferring stability. Several system parameters also have great influences on the rotational inertia of fly wheel.
