Rapid Extraction Method of Debris Group StatisticalCharacteristics in Analysis FerrographyYao Zhigang(91872 Troop，Beijing 102442，China)Abstract：Aimed at automation and rapid needs for ferrography analysis，rapid extraction method of statisticalcharacteristics based on the debris group was proposed.The morphological characteristics of the debris group were studiedby using wavelet decomposition method，and two statistical indicators of abrasive equivalent size and abrasive distributioncoeficient were constructed.These indicators were checked and discussed combined analysis ferrography.The resultsshow that the abrasive equivalent size may reflect the larger debris size Of the ferrographic images. The abrasivedistribution coefficient can reflect the proportion of the nonferromagnetic debris of the images。
