为保证风洞试验设备的安全,吹风对象固定机构的强度和刚度要满足要求。利用CATIA建立某无人直升机风洞吹风试验固定机构的三维模型,基于ANSYS软件模拟该无人直升机吹风试验的典型工况,得到固定机构在典型工况下的应力和变形值,确定固定机构的设计方案。这种CAD/CAE一体化的设计,能较大提高设计效率,为其他结构设计提供借鉴。该固定机构已经安全应用于某无人直升机的吹风试验。

In order to ensure the safety of wind tunnel test, the strength and rigidity of fixing mechanism must meet the requirement. The 3D of fixing mechanism about tunnel test for unmanned helicopter has been built by the CAT1A soft and the typical working condition of tunnel test has been simulated by ANSYS soft. The stress and deformation has been acquired and the project design has been confirmed. The way of CAD/CAE integration design can greatly improve the design efficiency and provides the reference for other structural design. And the fixing mechanism has applied to the tunnel test for some unmanned helicopter safely.
