Efects of Graphite Content on Current Carrying Friction and WearBehaviors of Graphite/Copper CompositesLv Lehua Sun Lemin Shangguan Bao Zhang Yongzhen(Institute of Materials Science and Enneefing,Henan University of Science and Technology,Luoyang Henan 471003,China)Abstract:The effects of graphite content on current carrying friction and wear behaviors of graphite/copper compositeswere investigated on a self--made pin-disk tester under diferent curent density with graphite/copper composites andQCr0.5 as friction pairs.The results show that with the increase of graphite content,the friction coefficient of the compos-ites is reduced,and the curent-carrying efficiency and the wear rate are reduced first and then increased.The compositeshave the best curent-carrying efficiency when the graphite weight content is 10% ,and the lowest weal"rate when thegraphite weight content is 12.5% .With the increasing of current density.the friction coefficient and curent-carrying efi-ciency are reduced,and the wear rate are increased.There are adhesive wen/",abrasive wear and arc ablation in the experi-ment,and arc ablation is serious when the curent density is large。

Keywords:composite materials;graphite;friction coefficient;wear rate;curent-carrying efficiency高速运动的机车是通过受电弓从悬挂的接触网上得到电能从而不断获取动力-- ,为电力机车的安全可靠运行提供足够的牵引动力。滑板质量稳定是高速列车正常行驶的前提,在高的速度、电压和电流条件下,受电弓滑板运行中由于离线等因素与接触网导线不断产生机械冲击,同时它与接触网导线又构成了-对机械与电气耦合的特殊摩擦。因此人们对受电弓滑板性能的要求也越来越高,滑板不仅需要有良好的导基金项目:国家自然科学基金项目 (50975078);国家重点联合基金项目 (U1034002);973计划前期研究专项 (2010CB635113);河南势技厅省院科技合作项目 (112106000034)。
