传统设计方法是把影响零件工作状态的设计变量都处理成确定的单一变量。描述零件状态的数学模型即变量与变量的关系,是通过确定性的函数进行单值变换获得。这种设计方法无法用定量指标判断轴的可靠性。文中介绍了输出轴的可靠性设计方法和输出轴的可靠度计算方法。计算TSR电机驱动双曲柄四环板针摆行星减速器中输出轴的可靠度。

Traditional design methods process the design variables affecting work state of parts into tile value of a single certainty variable. A mathematical model describing tile relationship of the parts state variables is obtained by single valued transformation of deterministic function. This design method can't be used to judge the reliability of shaft by quantitative indicators. The reliability design and calculation method of the output shaft is presented. Reliability of output shaft in the double crank four ring-plate-type cycloid reducer is calculated.
