分析了动力转向器阀芯刃口结构与特性曲线的几何关系,提出采用直线与圆弧组合成阀芯复合刃口,取代传统的单段圆弧结构,以改善传统产品高速行驶时不灵敏区过大,常用工作区手感差的问题。试验结果表明:复合刃口转阀特性曲线较传统结构更符合理想曲线,操控特性得到改善。

The geometrical relation between the edge of the power steering gear valve spool and tile charaeteristics curve was analyzed. The composite groove edge of valve spool was designed by straight line and arc: instead of traditional single line. It can reduce the insensitive area of the traditional product in high speed and improve the feel in normal work area. It is concluded ,that the eharaclerislitcs curve of composite groove is more in line with lhe theoretical curve than traditional structure and handling characteristics is improved.
