This paper analyzes the influencing factors of pulley inclined angle of banded narrow V-beh transmission performance test- bed, makes a finite element analysis on the originally designed test-bed shafting system by using Solidworks simulation and makes ben- (ling deformation reduced by 80% through optimizing the design parameters of shafting system, which ensures the reliability of the de- signed shafting system and lays a foundation for further study on transmission performance test-bed of composite belt with friction and mesh.
