齿轮泵具有成本低廉、抗污染能力强等优点,但也存在不平衡径向力大、流量脉动率高等缺点。目前,在国内外应用的轴向并联多联齿轮泵是由多个齿轮泵沿轴向叠加而成,具有结构简单紧凑、输 出流量大等特点,但其轴向尺寸较大,仍存在齿轮径向力不平衡、流量品质差等缺点。针对这些不足,本设计提出-种由1个主动齿轮和 2个从动齿轮构成的两极并联齿轮泵。该泵保留了普通齿轮泵的结构及性能优点,增大了排量和功率密度,减小了不平衡径向力,降低了流量脉动率,并具有轴向尺寸小的特点,改善了齿轮泵的性能,使其可用于-些对流量品质要求较高,轴向尺寸受限制的诚,拓展了齿轮泵的应用空间。该泵已获得国家实用新型专利。
