汽车变速器齿轮的参数化三维实体建模可以实现产品系列化设计,减少重复性工作,缩短研发周期,节约研发成本文章利用CATIA软件对汽车变速器齿轮三维实体进行建模,然后通过ANSYS软件分析了齿轮接触应力。在CATIA环境中,利用参数化公式精确创建了渐开线圆柱斜齿轮的三维实体模型,并利用ANSYS的数据接口,将CATIA环境下生成的斜齿轮接触几何模型完整且无缝地导入ANSYS软件中,将模型划分网格,对齿轮啮合区进行接触应力分析、求解,计算在栽荷和约束作用下的应力值,得出直观的应力云图.分析结果符合齿轮接触受力工况,证明所建模型和栽荷施加正确。

The 3D parameler modeling of automobile transmission gear can achieve product series design, reducing repeal working, shortening research cycle and saving R&D cost. The paper establishes 3D model of automobile transmission gear hy using CATIA and then analyzes gear euntael stress by ANSYS. In CATIA, the 3D model of involute cylindrical helieal gear is buih Ihmugh using parameter formula in the paper, And the geometrical model of the helical gear created by CAT1A has been guided into ANSYS eompletely and seamlessly, messing the model, analyzing and solving the contact stress of the meshing area of gears, computing the stress value under the influence of loads and eonstraints and finally enduing a stress-strain diagram. The analysis resuh is in line with the contact force condition of gear and has been proved thai the model and load are correct.
