运用Pro／E软件对齿轮减速器的各零件进行三维实体建模，对减速器整机进行虚拟装配，并进行了运动仿真。这样可以验证所建模型是否正确，在真实齿轮传动装置建造前发现设计中存在的不足，便于提高产品的开发效率，节约开发成本。

The paper uses Pro/E software to all parts of the gear reducer on the 3D entity meateling, and makes virtual assembly and the motion simulation of the speed reducer machine. During virtual design, fauhs of a reducer can be found out prior to be made, which is helpful to optimize it. And further, it can improve design efficiency greatly and save development cost.
