为了消除航空煤油中的悬浮物，达到航空煤油的用油标准，在内浮顶油罐中加装浮动出液装舞，采用双回转接头的浮动出液装嚣，根据受力分析阐述所设计的浮动出液装霞对浮盘的作用力小，且能随浮盘一起上下运动，设计完全合理。该装置在惠州炼油分公司221单元4台20000m^3,航空煤油油罐中应用后，运转正常，效果明显，值得推广。

In order to eliminate the suspended solids in jet fuel, qualified the standard of jet fuel, installed floating-type unloading unit in covered floating roof tank, which equip double swivel joints. The paper expound the mechanical analysis show that the unit exerts a minor force upon the roof, and can move with the roof freely, proves the design is reasonable. This unit in application of jet fuel tank in HuiZhou Refinery is success, and running reliable. This unit have remarkable effect on improve jet fuel quality and worth popularizing.
