Simulation and analysis were made by seting different parameters of the pipe length anddiameter. The calculation of the output energy consumption of the big and smal flow pumps showed that withthe increasing of the pipe length,the energy consumption of the injection molding machine increased;withthe increasing of the pipe diameter,the energy consumption of the injection molding machine reduced.Thepressure loss and response speed were analyzed under the diferent pipe length and diameter of injectionmolding machine。
