某公司重交沥青装置自2003年10月建成投产以来，克服原料性质复杂且供应不足等诸多困难，采用灵活的加工方案，完成各项生产任务，总体上生产运行良好。07年9月随着60×104t／a重油催化裂解装置的建成投产，宝塔灵州石化有限公司重交沥青装置的生产能力已不能满足生产需要。根据远期发展规划，并结合公司实际情况，决定对重交沥青装置进行扩能改造。改造后装置按原油和M100燃料油混合加工设计，加工比例为原油：M100燃料油为=1：4，加工能力达到（90～105）×104t/a，从而与60×104t／a重油催化裂解装置配套，达到物料平衡。

After transformation device by processing crude oil and M100 fuel oil mix design, processing ratio of crude oil： M100 fuel oil was 1： 4, processing capacity of 90-105 t/a to 600,000 t with the equipment necessary, to achieve material balance.
