Design of portable IeVe ng-tOO ng with high rigidityWANG Xinkuan,ZHENG Yongcheng,ZHU Jianping,HUANG Wen,JI Fang(Institute of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology,China Academy ofEngineering Physics,Mianyang 62 1 900,CHN)Abstract:One kind of portable leveling-tooling was described in this paper.W ith the help of vacuum adsorption ormechanical clamping,multi-sized circular or quadrate optic workpieces could be clamped firmly by thistooling.The leveling principle of the tooling is based on rise-leveling technology,which is very effectualin avoiding leveling coupling.The precision of leveling is high and the speed is very fast.Static and dy·namic performance of the tooling was studied by simulation,the result showed that the rigidity of thistooling was high,which could explain the leveling-tooling had the strong ability of resisting distortion。
