Aiming at existing shortages of detection and analysis of locomotive sensor, the paper was introduced an on-line detection analysis meter, and analyzed design method of modular circuit of general composition and software as well as hardware. The system was achieved accurate collection, processing and analysis of site voltage, current, temperature and speed. The test results indicated that the system has features of high precision and wide range, and save it to the tester memory drive at time of printing detection data and can be uploaded to computer analyzed and archived by technician.
