现有的电子测压器采用红外接口与上位机之间进行通信,其存在传输距离短、发送时严格受到角度的限制、通信设备位置固定、受外界干扰大的问题。为了解决上述问题,设计了无线射频接口通信系统。系统采用TI公司的CC430作为主控芯片,它将MSP430与CC1101集成于一体,设计天线匹配电路即可实现无线收发功能。实验验证,该系统在433MHz频段工作,通信速率可达250kbps,收发模块在50m以内误码率为零。能够实现测压器与上位机间数据的准确传输,得到光滑的膛压曲线。通过节能设计,其在两节1.5V电池供电的情况下能够工作3.5年。

Existing electronic pressure measuring devices communicate with PC via infrared interface. Some problems exist by this way such as short transmission distance, restrictive angle limit in transmission process, fixed location of communication device, too much external disturbance and so on. In order to solve the problems mentioned abovc, a wireless RF interface communication system is designed in this paper. Using CC430 from TI as main control chip, combining MSP430 with CC1101, the system realizes the functions of wireless transmitting and receiving by wireless matching circuits. Experiments verifies that this system has working frequency of433MHz, communication rate of 250kbps, zero packet error of transceiver module within 50m. It can realize accurate communication between pressure measuring devices and PC, and get smooth pressure curve. Moreover, energy-saving design ensures that the working time of system can reach 3.5 year by two 1.5V batteries.
