针对典型设计的三相三线制有源电力滤波器功率器件单元与变压器散热互相干扰、功率器件单元散热效果不佳、装置可靠性低等缺点,提出了一种基于双独立散热风道设计、功率器件单元自配散热风机的结构设计方案,优化了柜内散热风道设计,提高了功率器件单元散热效率。仿真结果表明,该装置散热效果良好、可靠性高、安装维护便利,具有良好的工程推广应用价值。

In view of the typical design for three-phase three-wire APF power unit with transformer cooling interfere with each other, the power unit cooling ineffective, low reliability of the device, a structure design is proposed based on dual independent cooling duct design, the power unit with its own cooling fan. The design of the cabinet cooling duct is optimized to improve the cooling efficiency of the power unit. The simulation results show that the system has good cooling effect, high reliability, convenient installation and maintenance with good engineering application value.
