JB/T 4735 怪为两个部分:
-- JB/T 4735.1 钢制焊接常压容器;
-- JB/T 4735.2 固体料仓。
本部分为JB/T 4735 的第2 部分,代替JB/T 4735-1997 中 圆筒形料仓” 内容。
本部分与JB/T 4735-1997 相比,主要变化如下:
-- 修订了料仓的设计压力、设计温度、公称容积等的适用范围;
-- 将料仓的安全系数由2.5 修订为2.4;
-- 增加了磨蚀裕量的规定;
-- 扩大了Q235 系列材料的使用范围;
-- 将料仓的设计计算方法由 詹森(Janssen)方法” 修改为 赖姆伯特(Reimebert)方法” ;
-- 撤消了图14-1d 锥顶悬挂式” 的结构;
-- 修改了14.19 环形支座” 的内容;
-- 增加铝制料仓的内容,包括铝材(第5 章的5.75.11)、制造(第8 章);
-- 将原标准中的 制造、检验与验收” 分为:第7 章 钢制料仓的制造、检验与验收” 和
第8 章 铝制料仓的制造、检验与验收” 两个部分;
-- 增加了附录A 固体料仓的结构” 。
本部分的附录A 为资料性附录。
本部分由全国锅炉压力容器标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 262)提出并归口。
本部分负责起草单位:甘肃蓝科石化高新装备股份有限公司。
本部分参加起草单位:中国纺织工业设计院、安徽省特种设备检测院、中国特种设备检测研究
院。
本部分主要起草人:刘福录、万网胜、张莼、张勇、张亚丹、周秀恒、佘、李世玉、朱巨贤、
张延丰、高中稳、王文江、寿比南、王为国、陈朝晖、张万山、李梦强。
本部分所代替标准的历次版本发布情况为:
