Scheme of Equipment Installation
1、概况：General:
本项目新增设备25台套，其中各种泵10台，单台最大电机功率7.5KW;换热器2台（裂管式换热器1台，板式换热器1台）；容器类罐体3台（2台盐缓储罐，1台转移罐），分离机(编号G2201)设备重量为3.5吨，需要从现安装位置移位到7.8米平台上，最大设备为(编号G2203)分离机，电机功率为70KW、单价重 5 吨。分离机的吊装、运输是本次安装的难点，其中心定位尺寸为：7-7轴线8轴线方向1500，A轴线向B轴线3500，基床装在 7.8米钢平台上。
For this project， there are 25 sets of equipments， including 10 pumps ( max 7.5kw)， 2 exchangers (one split tube type， one plate type)， 3 container type tanks(2 store tanks， 1 transfer tank)， 2 sepeartors (no.G2201 and no. G2203)， G2201 is 3.5t and need to move from present place to 7.8m platform， G2203 is 5t with 70kw motor power. The most difficult part of this project is to hoist and transfer the separators， the central location figure: axle 7-7， axle 8 direction 1500， axle A to axle B 3500， foundation on the 7.8m steel platform.
