摘 要
本毕业设计是关于山西阳泉保安煤业15#煤皮带大巷固定式带式输送机的设计。首先对矿井概况做-简单的介绍，然后对胶带输送机选题依据作了概述；接着分析了带式输送机的选型原则及计算方法；然后根据这些设计准则与计算选型方法按照给定参数要求进行选型设计；接着对所选择的输送机各主要零部件进行了校核；对皮带机维护做了简单介绍。后来简单的说明了输送机的安装与维护，最后介绍胶带输送机的电气控制。目前，胶带输送机正朝着长距离，高速度，低摩擦的方向发展，近年来出现的气垫式胶带输送机就是其中的-个。在胶带输送机的设计、制造以及应用方面，目前我国与国外先进水平相比仍有较大差距，国内在设计制造带式输送机过程中存在着很多不足。
本次带式输送机设计代表了设计的-般过程， 对今后的选型设计工作有-定的参考价值。

Abstract
This graduation project is the design of 15# belt conveyer， which is in the type of fixed，for coal mine of Baoan of Yangquan .First introduce the mine briefly， Then summarize the basis the mode selection of the conveyer. Then analyze the principle and the computational method of the mode selection; Then design the mode selection according to these principle and the computational method and the paramater followed the demand. Then verify the major components of the conveyer which had Choosed. Introduce the maintenance of conveyer simply. describe the maintenance and installation of conveyer. Finally elaborate the electric control of conveyer .At present， the adhesive tape conveyers is developing toward the long distance， the high velocity， and the low friction direction. In recent years the air cushion type is the example of them. There is a great distance between the domestic and the overseas with the conveyers design， the manufacture and the application， At home many insufficiencies exist in the proc
