摘
要:介绍了隔而固公司黏滞阻尼器的结构、 外形和工作原理， 指出这种阻尼器与 snubber 型阻尼器的
特性不同，不管振幅大小， 只要有振动就毫无延迟地起阻尼作用。并以实例介绍了黏滞阻尼器在发电厂及其
他工业部门的应用效果。

Abstract : An intr oduct io n is being prese nted to the str uc tur e， conto ur and w or king principle o f v iscous
fluid damper s pro duced by GERB Vibrat io n Contr o l Co . Ltd. ， while char acter ist ic diffe rence be tween the
GERB damper and Snubbe r type damper descr ibed. Via v isc ous f luid dampe rs， all vibr ations can be damped
without any delay ， no matter how lar ge the amplitude is. Ef fects o f visco us f luid dam per s ar e pr o ved by
actua l pr actice s in the a pplica tio n to power pla nts and other industr ies.

火电厂、 核电厂及其他-些工业管道都存在
振动问题，如何控制振动、 减少振动引起的危害
是值得研究的问题，黏滞阻尼器不失为-种优良
的解决途径。
1
黏滞阻尼器的结构、 外形及工作原理


用于管道减振的黏滞阻尼器(也称为管道阻
尼器)的结构与外形见图1。它由柱塞、 外壳、 阻
尼液、 顶板、 底板以及保护套(用于防止灰尘与水
汽进入)组成。用于工业设备减振的黏滞阻尼器
经常与弹簧隔振器组合成-个整体， 称为弹簧阻



尼隔振器( 见图 2) ， 其中间的圆筒就是黏滞阻
尼器。
