[摘 要] 简述选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝原理。指出 SCR 脱硝过程出现硫酸氢铵的危害 ,
详细分析了硫酸氢铵形成的影响因素 ,如 N H3 / NOx 摩尔比、 SO3 浓度、 硫酸氢铵的露
点温度等。根据硫酸氢铵的特性提出了控制硫酸氢铵生成的方法与减少其负面影响的
措施:通过控制 SCR脱硝过程氨逃逸量和烟气中 SO2 氧化率的方法减少硫酸氢铵的生
成量;为防止催化剂因硫酸氢铵的滞留而失去活性 ,合理控制 SCR 脱硝装置在低负荷
下的运行时间;为有效降低硫酸氢铵在空气预热器(空预器)换热元件上的形成速率 ,选
用搪瓷镀层换热元件。

FLUE GAS DENITRIFICATION PROCESS AND CONTROL THEREOF

Abstract :The p rinciple of selective catalystic reduction (SCR) denit rification process has been briefly
expounded ,pointing out the harmf ulness of ammonium bisulfate (ABS) occur red in SCR denit rification
process. The main affecting factors for ABS formation , such as t he mole ratio of N H3 / NOx , t he SO3
concet ration ,and t he dew point of ABS etc. ,have been analysed in detail . According to the properties
of ABS ,t he measures for cont rolling formation of ABS and recducing negative impact s of ABS have
been p ut forward : through cont rolling t he amount of ammonia escape in t he SCR process and t he oxida2
tion rate of SO2 in t he flue gas ,the formation amount of ABS is to be reduced ;in order to prevent the
catalyst to lo se it s activity due to hold2up of ABS ,the operating time of SCR under low load has to be
reasonably cont rolled ;for effectively decreasing t he formation rate of ABS on heat2exchanging element s
in t he preheater ,t he ceramic coating has to be selected for said element s.
