2012GH08-02电动工艺车结构设计-摘 要
本文设计主要是进行电动工艺车的结构设计,其主要用于车辆生产中工件的运输工作,实现完成车体移动及工件运送工作♂构布局:在汽车装配线上,对装配工艺流程的改进,要靠装配设备和装配工具来体现,装配设备又必须遵循和实现装配的工艺流程。
为此,此设计的电动工艺车实现的工作程序为运载工件移动和准确定位。电动工艺车采用框架式结构,整车移动采用蜗杆蜗轮减速机构,电机驱动蜗杆,经蜗杆蜗轮传动带动主动车轮旋转,被动车轮采用万向轮,便于车的正常转弯。车上采用辊轮机构,工件在辊轮上移动。

ABSTRACT This paper is mainly designed for electric cars of the structural design, the main
