年产300万吨合格铸坯转炉车间设计

摘要 根据设计任务书的要求，完成年产300万吨合格铸坯的转炉车间设计。在设计中，首先对转炉炼钢发展现状和趋势进行了全面综述，并系统阐述了目前转炉炼钢所采用的新技术、新工艺和新设备。主要对转炉炼钢生产的生产规模、产品方案、工艺流程、车间组成和工艺布置进行设计，并对150吨顶底复吹转炉炉型、原材料的供应系统、供氧系统、转炉车间烟气净化系统、炉外精炼设备以及车间主厂房工艺布置进行了设计计算。此外对转炉车间的-些主要附属设施进行了选择并给出了其技术性能参数。并进行了技术经济分析。

Abstract This paper is about the process which designed for the steel-making plant with a 3 million tons production per-year.Firstly，we have a overview of the current situation and trends of the converter steel-making，then we systematically expound the new technology，new technics and new equipment which we use.We mainly consider about the range of the production ，the blueprint，the procession and the composition and arrange for the workshop.Also the paper made the calculation about the plant which includes the material and heat balance calculation of the converter， design of the oxygen lance， the height and length of the converter stride and the feed stride， and the furnace type of top bottom combined blowing convert
