课程设计实验报告 基于AVR单片机的红外温度检测计的设计

摘要
温度测量技术应用十分广泛,而且在现代设备故障检测领域中也是-项非常重要的技术。但在某些应用领域中,要求测量温度用的传感器不能与被测物体相接触,这就需要-种非接触的测温方式来满足上述测温需求。本论文描述的正是应上述实际需求而设计的红外温度检测计。
红外温度检测计是以黑体辐射定律作为理论基础,是光学理论和微电子学综合发展的产物。与传统的测温方式相比,红外测温仪具有响应时间短、非接触、不干扰被测温尝使用寿命长、操作方便等-系列优点。
本文介绍了红外温度检测计测温的基本原理和实现方法,提出了以ATxmega128A1单片机为其核心控制部件的红外测温系统。同时详细介绍了该系统的构成,给出了硬件原理图和软件的设计流程图,并对最后成品的相关性能指标做了描述和分析。

Abstract:The temperature measurement technique is widely used nowadays, and it is a very important technique in the domain of modern fault detection as well. But among some application fields, the sensor used to measure the temperature is expected contactless with the object to be tested, thus, a non-contacted thermometry is needed to meet the requirements. And the infrared temperature detector described in this paper is definitely designed to meet the conditions above.
The principle of infrared temperature detector is based on the Blackbody radiation theorem, which is a product of the development of optics theory and microelectronics. Compared with the traditional thermometry, the infrared temperature detector possesses lots of advantages. Short response time, non-contacted, noninterference to the object to be tested, long service life and easy operation.
This paper introduced the basic theory and methods used to detect temperature with infrared temperature detector, come up with a system centering on ATxmega128A1 single chip. At the same time, we introduced the elements of the whole system, the hardware structure and software flow chart. Finally we state the function parameters and give a brief analysis of it.
