摘要:本课题完成了JLY3809机立窑(加料及窑罩部件)设计。JLY3809机立窑是目前新兴的扩的直径窑,但在很多配套设备上还是沿用扩径前的技术设备,使得虽然进行了改造,但是相关设备未能得到改进,未能体现出新窑的优势。本次设计了新型的加料装置和窑罩。新型加料装置对支承装置和布料器做了改进,生产实践表明支撑装置经过改造后,传动平稳,且润滑和检修方便;改造后的布料器提升了高度,不易堵料,减轻看火工的劳动强度,布料器不易腐蚀,减少维修更换费用;在升降装置方面也做了-点小改动,增加了防扭器.改造后的窑罩便于运输,吊装和易于锈蚀的下部可以单独更换和拆卸。铸钢比普通的Q235钢耐高温,且铸钢内含有-部分合金元素,又耐氧化不易变形等,故使用寿命-般比Q235钢至少高23倍。设计中还涉及到沉降室和新型收尘器的选型,减少了资源的浪费,提高了水泥的生产效率,大大减少了机立
窑对周围环境的污染。
