600MPa 级低碳微合金高强钢的开发研究Abstract This paper introduce development of 600MPa steel with low cost in Meishan. By using gleeble 3500 system,
the high temperature deforming properties、CCT Curve and Resistance of deformation of test steel is studied, a conclusion
is drawn that the test steel high temperature ductility area is 650~800℃and above 1300℃.High Nb make its CCT Cure
move strongly toward left,fine ferrite and bainite will appear on the condition cooling rate beyond 5℃/s,it seems that
high Nb has the same effect of Mo. The test steel has low alloy cost and relative low rolling force, the design of test steel
is suited to Meishan to produce high strength steel.

1 引言
进入21世纪以来,我国经济高速增长,加速了我国钢铁材料的升级换代。但因梅钢1422热轧产线属
于国外二手设备,虽然经过多次改造,产线精轧机架轧制力始终偏低,开发高强钢受限。
高强、高韧钢要求很高的精轧轧制力和高精轧累积压下率要求,否则只有通过合金添加来开发,但合
金的添加会造成吨钢成本增加。如果能找到-种精轧负荷不高、成本较低的产品设计,就可帮助梅钢批量
生产高强钢,提高梅钢市澈争力。
