A universal biodegradable engineering machinery oil was developed. Combining with the actual working con- dition of engineering machinery, the compound base oil of poly-a-olefin （PAO） and dioctyl sebacate was adopted, which has a better biodegradation. The multiple functional additives were screened and predicted with the artificial neural network al- gorithm, the genetic algorithm was adopted to optimize the formula. The developed universal oil can satisfy the performance requirement of the related systems of engineering machinery in the field test.研制一种通用型可降解工程机械油。结合工程机械实际使用工况，采用聚a-烯烃（PA0）与癸二酸二辛酯复合作为基础油，具有较好的可降解性；利用人工神经网络算法，有针对性地对多种功能添加剂进行筛选和预测，并采用遗传算法对配方进行优化。实际应用表明，研制的通用油可满足工程机械中相关系统使用性能要求。
