预防湿式拉丝润滑液细菌产生的措施

To introduce the harm of bacteria in wet wire drawing lubricants. The reason of bacteria occurrence was ana- lyzed, and preventive measures were given. ( 1 ) the premise is source control, to empty the pipeline' s resident water, clean and disinfect the lubricant circulatory system, rebuild the new groove before use. (2) the key point is index control, pH is 8.0 - 8.6, mass fraction of lubricant in tank liquor is 6.0% - 8.0% , the temperature is ( 40 ± 5 ) ℃ , and w( Cu^2+ ) is no higher than 0.2% , w ( Zn^2+ ) is no higher than 0.1% , bacteria number is less than 104 per milliliter. ( 3 ) daily monitoring is method, to analyze the sampling in fixed point and time every day, to monitor the index change of lubri cant, take the corresponding measure in time. (4) sterilization every week is guarantee, to use the low concentration bacte ricide to restrain or kill the bacterium every week. After taking the measures, the consumption of lubricant for steel cord wire is decreased from 15 kg/t to 10 kg/t, lubricant for saw wire is decreased from 50 kg/t to 30 kg/t.介绍湿式拉丝润滑液中细菌的危害。分析细菌发生的原因,并给出预防对策:(1)控制源头是前提,在使用前必须将管道中的滞留水排空,同时对整个润滑液循环系统清洗杀菌后再建浴配槽。(2)指标控制是关键,pH为8.0-8.6,槽液润滑剂质量分数为6.0%-8.0%,浴槽温度为(40±5)℃,W(CU^2+)不大于0.2%,W(Zn^2+)不大于0.1%,细菌量小于10^4个/mL。(3)日常监控是手段,每天定点定时取样分析,监控润滑液的各项指标变化,及时采取相应的措施。(4)每周杀菌是保证,需要每周一次适当投入低浓度的杀菌剂来抑制其生长或者杀灭细菌。采用以上措施后,帘线钢丝润滑液的消耗从15kg/t降低到10kg/t,切割钢丝润滑液的消耗从50kg/t降到30kg/t。
