Based on the average flow model Reynolds equation, the tribology performances of circular micro-pit textured surface with different geometry parameters in infinite contact area were numerically analyzed, and the optimization method was proposed. The results show that:there exists an optimal range of the texture area ratio,5 % -15 % ,which maximizes the average film pressure. There also exists an optimal depth of 4 ~m,which maximizes the average film pressure, and the optimal depth is proportional to the film thickness. A new parameter, the depth-film thickness ratio, was proposed. It is demonstrated that when the depth-film thickness ratio equals 1.4, the system reaches its optimal state. In practice, the film thickness of the system can be evaluated according to the famous Stribeck curve and the specific running condition. There- fore, optimal texture depth can be obtained from the film thickness. Average film pressure is increased linearly with the in- crease of the texturediameter when not considering the confine of the boundary and other factors. Therefore, textures with large diameter should be chosen in larger contact area.运用平均流量雷诺方程建立圆坑织构表面微流体动压模型,数值分析无限大摩擦接触面织构参数对流体动压润滑影响,并提出优化方法。研究结果表明:存在最优织构面积比区间(5%一15%)使平均油膜压力最大,存在最优深度4斗m使平均油膜压力最大,并且最优深度与润滑膜膜厚成正比。引入新的参数:深度膜厚比。当深度膜厚比为1.4时,平均油膜压力达到最大。在实际应用中,根据摩擦系统具体工况,由Stribeck曲线估算系统膜厚,然后根据膜厚求出最优坑深。在不考虑边界限制和其他限制条件前提下,随着直径的增大,织构化表面平均油膜压力线性增加,所以较大接触面宜选用较大直径织构。
