Cam is one of the most important mechanism of the spindle-picking cotton.The movement of the track of the spindle in the work area depended on the curve of the cam plate shape.The solid model of the cam mechanism was established by SolidWorks and imported into Ansys Workbench to define the material properties,mesh the cam mechanism as well as determine the boundary condition of load and complete the finite element model of the cam mechanism.Therefore,the simulation of the arm mechanism working process based on Ansys Workbench was carried out.The transient dynamic analysis were conducted,and the research on dynamic characteristics of mechanisms of the cam on structural dynamics field was put forward.The equivalent stress and strain condition versus time of the cam plate were obtained in a cam mechanism work cycle,which can provide a theory basis for cam mechanism design optimization and manufacture.凸轮机构是摘锭式采棉机重要机构之一。凸轮盘的曲线形状取决于摘锭在工作区域内运动的轨迹。因此,利用SolidWorks建立凸轮机构的实体模型并导入AnsysWorkbench,运用AnsysWorkbench有限元分析软件对凸轮机构进行材料属性定义、网格划分以及确定边界载荷条件等完成凸轮机构的有限元模型,然后对凸轮机构工作过程进行模拟仿真,采用瞬态动力学分析方法,从结构动力学角度对凸轮机构动态特性进行研究。获得凸轮机构一个工作循环过程中,凸轮盘等效应力、应变随时间的变化,为凸轮机构再设计优化及加工制造提供理论基础。
