Finite element mesh model of hinge sleeve of cubic press is established in analysis.The load transfer of the working cylinder is uniformly loading to the top and the bottom table of hinge sleeve of cubic press under ideal condition,without side force caused by working cylinder deformation.The stress of hinge sleeve of cubic press is calculated.The result shows that the maximum stress appears in the lug hole of hinge sleeve of cubic press,amounting to 243 MPa at most.The axial maximum relative displacement occurs at the bottom.After a long-term work,it will slightly convex along the y axis of hinge sleeve of cubic press,real cause for the fracture of the lug and at the bottom of hinge sleeve of cubic press.用ANSYS建立了铰链梁的有限元网格模型,在理想情况下,即工作缸传递的载荷均匀加载于铰链梁的上台面和下台面,且不考虑实际工作缸变形对铰链梁的侧向力,对六面顶液压机铰链梁的受力进行分析计算。模型计算表明:铰链梁的最大应力出现在凸耳通孔处,最大应力值为243MPa;铰链梁轴向最大相对位移出现在铰链梁的底部,长期工作后,铰链梁底部会沿y轴反方向发生微凸,是铰链梁凸耳和底部可能断裂的原因。
