液固混合介质隔振器的响应计算与防跳跃设计

A solid and liquid mixture (SALiM) vibration isolator is a new technology for passive vibration control and its axial stiffness can be approximately bilinear. The design procedures of the isolator from the view point of dynamics were presented and its nonlinear frequency response function (NFRF) was obtained with the analytical method. First of all, the dynamic model of the vibration system was established. Then, the approximate solution of the nonlinear system was investigated using the first-order average method with an amendment. Numerical simulations verified the correctness of the analytical method. According to the plot of the NFRF, it was shown that a jump phenomenon exists in some range; this nonlinear phenomenon caused by piecewise linear stiffness may bring impact to an equipment to be protected from vibration and shock; in order to avoid the defect, the computation method for the critical values of the parameters, such as, the critical number of elastic solid elements was given based on the NFRF equation.液固混合介质隔振器是一种基于新型机理的隔振装置,主要由波纹管容器与浸于液体中的弹性单元体组成,其轴向刚度可近似为分段双线性刚度。针对具有这种刚度特性的隔振器,主要从动力学角度提出了具体设计方法,解决了系统响应求解及跳跃现象的预防等问题。首先采用平均法及其含直流项的修正方法分析了隔振系统的非线性频响特性及各参数对固有频率的影响,而数值仿真验证了解析方法的正确性。进而为了避免跳跃冲击,基于频响方程给出了单元体数量等参数临界值的计算方法。
