Based on a dynamic calculation model of optical elements and a ray transmission misalignment model, a simulation calculation method was established for a misaligned reflection optical system under vibration interference. The mulation calculation of the system was updated and verified with modal tests and shaking table tests. The comparison between the test results and the simulation ones showed that the deviation of the two results for an optical element's modal parameters is less than 5%, and the deviation of the two results for a basic reflection optical system's vibration misalignment is less than 17%. The reliability of this simulation calculation method was verified. A basis was provided for anti-vibration performance analysis and vibration reduction analysis of optical systems.在光学元件动力学计算模型和光线传输失调模型建立的基础上,形成了一种振动失调反射光学系统的模拟计算方法。分别通过模态实验和振动台实验对系统模型进行验证和修正。实验和模拟的结果对比表明:修正后元件动力学模型的模态参数计算结果和实验结果偏差在5以内,修正后振动失调反射光学系统模拟计算结果与振动台测试结果偏差在17以内,得到了可靠的振动失调反射光学系统模拟计算方法,为光学系统的抗振性能分析和减振分析奠定理论基础。
