Application of 3D modeling software Proe of three-ring gear reducer for solid modeling, and imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYSworkbench to conduct modal analysis, the reducer model of hexahedron mesh generation, determination of three-ring gear reducer for each order natural frequency and vibration mode. First few modes of the three-ring gear reducer, gear ring plate mainly concentrated on its structure, due to the symmetrical distribution to make the three ring plate with similar shapes, and these modes have natural frequencies are similar, the modified design of the reducer should pay attention to avoid the frequency of the exciting force. Analysis of the first few modes, provide the basis for solving the three-ring reducer vibration and noise problems.应用三维建模软件Proe对三环减速器进行实体建模,并导入到有限元分析软件ANSYSworkbench中进行模态分析,对减速器模型进行了六面体网格划分,确定三环减速器各阶固有频率和振型。三环减速器的前几阶模态主要集中在内齿环板上.由于其结构的对称分布使得三块环板具有些相似的振型,且这些振型具有相似的固有频率,设计改型减速器时应注意使激振力避开这些频率。对前几阶振型进行分析,为解决三环减速器的振动和噪声问题提供依据。
