Super-duplex stainless steel S32750 has the characteristics of composition,high Cr,Mo and high N（0.24% ～ 0.32%）.Comparing with 2205,it has higher strength,better pitting and stress corrosion resistance,and super weldability.The key technologies,such as controlling alloy element nitrogen in smelting,learning hot deformation behaviour and preventing σ phase precipitation in heat treatment process were investigated,so the stainless steel plate was successfully developed.The plate has super usability and can satisfy the manufacture requirements of coking coal moisture（CMC） drier.超级双相不锈钢S32750由于高Cr、高Mo和高N（0.24～0.32）的成分设计,使其较2205具有更高的强度、更好的耐点蚀、耐应力腐蚀和焊接性能。通过对冶炼过程氮气合金化控N、热加工塑性变形、热处理防止σ相析出等关键工艺技术的研究,最终研制成功具有优良使用性能的不锈钢板材,满足了炼焦行业煤调湿（CMC）干燥机的制作需求。
