S30403 stainless steel have been uniaxially stretched with the degree of predeformation of 3%, 6%, 8%, 12% at 25℃ and -196℃, the electrochemistry behaviors of S30403 austenitic stainless steel in acid H2S solution is investigated with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and polarization curve. The result shows that the stretching of S30403 stainless steel accomplished at 25 ℃ and -196℃ has no obvious effect on resistance to H2S corrosion. However the resistance to H2S corrosion is slightly lower with the increase of stretching.在25℃和-196℃条件下,通过单向拉伸制备了预变形量为3%、6%、8%和12%的应变强化S30403不锈铜试样,用电化学阻抗谱和极化曲线测试方法研究了不同预变形条件下NS30403不锈铜在湿H2S介质中的电化学行为。电化学实验结果表明:25℃和-196℃条件下的应变强化对S30403不锈铜的耐H2S腐蚀性能影响不明显,整体随着预拉应变量的增加,其耐蚀性略降低。
