In this paper,a crosslinker for high refractive index LED encapsulant was prepared by diphenylsilanediol(DPSD),2,4,6,8-Tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D H 4) and 1,1,3,3-Tetramethyldisiloxane(HMM) under a 70% sulfuric acid catalyst.This research found the relationship between reaction temperature, reaction time and performance of the crosslinker.Results showed that a phenyl-hydrogen-oligosiloxane with 0.6% hydrogen content was obtained in high yield when reaction under 60℃ for 5h.The obtained phenyl-hydrogen-obligosiloxane showed a good thermal stability and application performance.以二苯基硅二醇(DPSD)、四甲基环四硅氧烷(DH4)和含氢双封头(HMM)为原料,70浓硫酸为催化剂,制备高折光LED灌封胶用液体交联剂,探讨了反应温度和反应时间对交联剂性能的影响。结果表明,在反应温度为60℃,反应时间为5h的条件下,可获得较高折射率和收率的苯基氢基聚硅氧烷,含氢量约为0.6,具有较优的热稳定性和应用性能。
