Depending on macroscopical shape, crack microscopical shape, micro - structure and chemical composition analysis, the 316L serrated gasket were analyzed. And with the help of finite element analysis software ABAQUS, the cold bending technology of the gasket was simulated. According to the experimental results and simulated calculation, the results indicated the stress corrosion was the root cause of the cracks,and the residual stress from the process of cold -forming and the chloride ions generated by 801 glue were direct factors.对316L齿形石墨组合垫片的宏观形貌、断口微观形貌、金相组织及表面化学成分进行了试验研究,并借助ABAQUS对垫片冷弯工艺进行了有限元模拟。结果表明,氯离子应力腐蚀是造成该垫片开裂泄漏的根本原因,其中冷加工造成的残余应力与粘胶剂高温分解产生的氯离子是导致垫片开裂的直接原因。,
