The sealing structure of an airborne electronic pod hull was analyzed, the sealed waterproof measure of its special-shaped structure was discussed, and its sealing structure was designed and calculated. Environmental experiments such as rain tests on the ground and airborne flight tests were carried out for the devised electronic pod hull. The experimental results show that the sealing measure of the electronic pod hull is reasonable, feasible and effective, meeting the requirements of the electronic pod seal.分析某机载电子吊舱舱体的密封结构，探讨该异形结构密封防水措施，并对其密封结构进行设计计算。对设计的电子吊舱进行地面淋雨等环境性试验和机载飞行试验，结果均表明：该电子吊舱舱体密封措施合理、可行，密封效果好，满足电子吊舱规定的使用要求。
