In the paper, we did some essential improvements such as eliminate some stations, combine some stations, simplify some stations, and decrease amount of workstations through adopting ERCS method. It offered very great help for the following line balance work. It has not only decreased the mounts of carry- ing, but also reduced the product quantity in assembly line. It will help us save much more money. For the line balance part, the first key duty is that increase the capability of essential station, which can help us to make the line balance better. Then through analyzing the speed of auto assembly machine and improving the time of the cam, we received great improvements. These improvements give us great help to reduce the cycle time.采用了工业工程的ERCS的方法对现有的流程进行了分析和改进,通过对流程以及工位的调整,改善了装配线的平衡状况。同时对装配线的布置运用了定量计算的分析方法,对装配线的布置进行了改进,减少了物料的搬运数量。在作业方法和流程分析中,结合了CELL的相关方法。将支流程以CELL的相关方法进行了改进,提高了生产的效率。在装配线平衡方面,首先采用了提高关键工位生产能力的方法,将IE的平衡方法与传统的机械设计的相关理论结合,通过凸轮时间顺序,凸轮的设计要求的研究,提高了设备的生产能力,同时也提高了装配线的平衡。
