By using the nonlinear finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the stress status of the hydraulic support on the working condition that canopy bending combined with base diagonal loading was simulated. The optimization design was carried out according to stress distribution of base. The application of this design obviously reduced the weight of the base, and satisfied the demand of usage.采用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS对支架在顶梁弯曲、底座对角线加载工况进行有限元分析,根据底座各部位的应力分布情况,对其进行优化设计,在确保满足使用要求的基础上,显著降低了底座的质量。
