In order to analyze the leak reason of the heat exchange tube which is made of 12Cr1MoVG,the appearance of corrosion,metallographic structure,chemical composition of the tube material and the corrosion products,and service environment have been analyzed.The results show that the uniform corrosion which induced by the Oxygen and high temperature vapor occurred.The tube wall has been partially perforated in the serious corrosion area.The prevention methods were proposed for this equipment.为了分析材质为12Cr1MoVG的某换热管的泄漏原因,对该换热管的宏观腐蚀形貌、金相组织、管材化学成分和腐蚀产物成分以及换热管服役环境进行了综合分析。分析结果表明,换热管内壁发生了严重的均匀腐蚀并导致穿孔,腐蚀的机理为氧腐蚀和高温蒸汽腐蚀的联合作用,并提出了相应的预防措施。
