So W type of steel belt are bought from outside. Not providding with goods in time and influence production , Hence, begin to develope, W type of steel belt as production line in order to satisfy with the demands of the mineral safety production.传统的掘进工作面采用锚杆加托盘联合支护，用这种支护方法最终形成的项板是由很多的点（托盘）组成，为防止顶板恶性事故的发生，决定采用锚杆、托盘、W形钢带联合支护。W形钢带需要量很大，外购W形钢带，常常因为供货不及时而影响生产，为此，研制了W形钢带生产线，满足了双鸭山矿业集团新安煤矿安全生产的需要。
