ZrW2O8 ceramics were prepaed by the solid state reaction. The planned composition was an atomic ratio of m(W) : m(Zr)=2.1 : 1. The structure and morphology characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) respectively. The curves of ac susceptibility as a function of temperature was measured by physical properties measurement system (PPMS). The curve of susceptibility vs temperature shows critical peak near the temperature of phase transition of tungsten trioxide.按Zr和W的原子比为1:2.1,通过固相反应技术,在1200℃加热24h,然后在冰水中快速冷却,得到立方晶相的ZrW2O8产物,XRD分析表明产物的纯度很高,基本上没有杂项,对样品的电学性能进行了测试,用物性测量系统PPMS测量了在T=39800A/m下样品的磁化率(M)随温度的变化,经过分析表明,样品在15和250K左右出现的磁化率明显变化和WO3的相转变温度吻合。
